Water Hygiene Remedial Works Manchester
Water Hygiene Remedial Works at a High School in the North West
Project Brief
A high school in Manchester recently received a detailed Legionella Risk Assessment as part of its ongoing water hygiene strategy. While the assessment identified a number of remedial actions, the client follows a best-practice approach by separating the assessor from the contractor. As their trusted independent specialist, Titan Mechanical Services was asked to review the assessment, extract the relevant tasks, and deliver the works. All activities needed to be completed during holiday periods to avoid disrupting the school’s daily operations.

CLIENT FEEDBACK
"Communication, productivity, cleanliness of site following completion, efficiency of ALL staff is fantastic. We had a few call backs to a few tasks, but given the scale of the works completed this is minuscule. Perfection is hard to get but you’re not far off!"
