From streamlining processes to keeping the team firing on all cylinders, she’s the operational engine behind the scenes. 🔧📋 Harriet brings a ton of experience, a no-fuss approach, and a true passion for making things work better, faster, and smarter. She’s the calm in the chaos - always one step ahead.
When she's not keeping Titan ticking, you'll likely find her out in the garden getting her hands dirty 🌿 or curled up with her cat, Theo, who absolutely runs the house (and probably the ops team if he had opposable thumbs 😼).
Favourite part of the job?
"I love a good spreadsheet and diving into data — I find it really rewarding to solve issues and discover new ways to improve our processes. It’s all about working smarter and keeping things moving.”
Keagan Melson
Estimating Manager & Multi-Tasking Master
Keagan plays a key role in the early stages of every project - working closely with both the team and our clients to make sure every job kicks off with clarity and confidence.
He’s got a sharp eye for detail, a friendly approach, and a knack for making the quoting process feel smooth, straightforward, and stress-free.
When he’s not busy collaborating and coordinating, Keagan’s enjoying camping trips with the family, soaking up the outdoors - and embracing the adventure of being a new dad (aka learning how to function on minimal sleep and maximum nappies!). 🏕️🍼

Planning Manager Powerhouse
Our superstar Planning Manager! If there’s a schedule to build, a project to coordinate, or a last-minute curveball to handle - Elana’s the one making it all happen (with military-level precision and a calm head, of course). 🗂️📆 From Legionella remedial works to Cold Water Storage Tank replacements, she keeps every moving part in sync - and usually does it fuelled by a can of Monster and a pack of Chocolate Fingers. 😅💪
When she’s not knee-deep in spreadsheets, Elana’s probably out with her beloved horses - aka the four-legged money pits she gladly spends all her hard-earned wages on. 🐴💸 “Savings? Never heard of her.”

“I enjoy planning because I love seeing a job through from start to finish - there’s something really satisfying about overcoming challenges along the way and knowing everything came together because of solid prep and teamwork.”
Paul Jamieson
Technical Director & Problem-Solving Jedi
With decades of experience and a deep well of technical know-how, Paul is the go-to guy for all things complex, critical, and clever. 🧠💡From Legionella risk management to innovative solutions for Cold Water Storage Tank replacements, Paul ensures our services are safe, effective, and always up to industry standards. He’s not just about fixing problems - he’s all about preventing them in the first place.
When he’s not leading the charge on-site or in strategy meetings, you’ll probably find him out on a bike ride through the countryside 🚴♂️, walking his dogs 🐾, or spending quality time with his family - the real crew that keeps everything grounded (and possibly the only ones who can compete with the dogs for his attention!).

When she’s not in the world of invoices and forecasts, Louise is all about spending quality time with her family and children - ideally with a nice cup of tea in hand… or if it’s been that kind of week, maybe a glass of prosecco instead. ☕🍾

He’s a true team player who leads from the front, whether it’s managing on-site works, supporting the crew, or making sure our clients get top tier results every time.
When Matt’s off the clock, you’ll likely find him enjoying quality time with his family or cheering on Liverpool FC - win, lose, or draw. 🔴⚽ (You’ll know if they’ve won by the smile on his face Monday morning!)

Our fearless Managing Director! With a clear vision, steady leadership, and a passion for delivering top-tier service, Marc leads the team with purpose and pride - making sure everything we do reflects our values of quality, safety, and reliability. 🛠️📈Marc brings years of industry experience and a drive for continuous improvement - always pushing Titan to be the best it can be.
Outside of work, you’ll find him on the tennis court perfecting his backhand 🎾 or guarding his perfectly striped lawn like it’s Centre Court at Wimbledon. Rumour has it, the kids are on bird patrol… and they know not to mess with the grass. 😅🪶🚫

Chief Barketing Officer & Snack Surveillance Specialist
Our beloved Chief Barketing Officer! While she may not answer emails or attend meetings (unless snacks are involved), she’s an essential part of team morale and on-site mischief. 🐶
Genevieve takes her role very seriously — especially when it comes to patrolling for unattended food, supervising walk breaks, and snoozing through the afternoon like it’s a full-time job. 😴🍗
She’s happiest when covered head to tail in mud after a long walk, and will happily remind anyone in earshot when it’s time for a break… or a biscuit.
